For custom printed projects, please click the contact button and send me an email with "custom project" in the subject line. You will receive a PayPal invoice for the $15 deposit within 24 hours and I will begin your design once payment has been received. Please include as much information about your design vision as possible in the email, as well as the size and total number of cards you wish to purchase. During the design process, I will send digital proofs for you to review via email. There are usually several rounds of edits before reaching the final design and I am committed to making sure you are beyond happy with the final product. Once the final proof has been approved, you will receive a PayPal invoice for the total printing/shipping costs, less your deposit, and your items will be printed once the payment has been made. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for receipt of all custom printed items.
All prices for custom or printed orders are based on design, paper selection, finishes and lead time. Payment via PayPal is preferred. Payment is required prior to the customization of your design. Personal checks are accepted, but your order will not be processed until all checks have been received and payment cleared. Prices are subject to change without notice unless orders have been placed and paid for.
All digital orders are delivered via email. If you wish to order an archival CD, additional charges and shipping may apply.
Custom printed orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please visit www.USPS.com for estimated delivery time(s). Shipping for custom orders is $8 for each order of 25 cards and envelopes. I will combine shipping for every additional order at a rate of $1.00 per 25 cards and envelopes.
Digital items are available anywhere, worldwide. Custom printed items are available in the lower 48 United States.
Due to their customized nature, Little Princess Paperie's items cannot be exchanged or refunded. If I make a mistake on your order, I will gladly work with you to replace or refund your purchase. Please contact me and I will make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!
I am happy to provide a reasonable number of revisions to your custom order, but once your proof is approved and the final image has been delivered, your order is non-refundable. All customers ordering printed products will receive a digital proof to approve prior to printing. Once the item has been approved and sent to the printer, orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
I am not responsible for misspelled words, incorrect information, poor photograph quality, color variance or customer printed problems. Once you have approved the digital proof, you are responsible for 100% of the costs, including applicable shipping charges. I am happy to help you trouble-shoot printing problems or suggest on-line vendors and work with you if there are any problems with custom printed items.
Your card(s) may be used on my blog for marketing purposes. Please let me know when you place your order if you do not wish for your images to be used.
